Do you ever?

Do you ever look down onto the ground when you are sad only to realize you see a lot of things you never used to see when you never bothered to look down? I don't know how to explain this. But when I am sad, I tend to look down a lot and then I start noticing really random things.

Like....

Dried leaves.

Or dead flowers. You know.... Things that symbolizes the death of a beautiful thing....... Okay la. I don't normally view those as that but ah... Such a poetic meaning. I just see these often because c'mon. In singapore, this is probably the most common of things to see already right right right???

Bottlecaps. Especially belonging to tiger beer. I don't know why leh. Maybe it's just the old uncles below my block... I guess they like tiger beer alot? They seem to love throwing that around a lot. I see it so often....

I see it even when I am not sad lor.

Underwear. I think this is very absurd lor. -_- I seem to see fallen underwear a lot whenever I am sad. Is it a hint from the skies that I should get new underwear for myself whenever I am sad? Anyway, I always feel sad for these underwear because now they will never be worn again but instead, be thrown away with the rest of the rubbish. Just because their owner don't know how to hold his/her underwear properly.
